Warranty Service
If this product is used in normal conditions, warranty service is provided for two years from your purchase date.
The service is offered only for two years from a purchase date.
Customer service occurs within 2 years after purchase: our company pays
business trip cost, repair cost, and transportation cost.
Customer service occurs after 2 years from purchase: a customer pays repair cost,
business trip cost, and transportation cost.
The business trip cost means the cost for the trip from our head office by car.

Warranty service includes technical checkout, repair, and parts replacement.
•
In case of glass, a key, and appearance deformation, no warranty service is offered.
•
User manual, scratches, dents, cracks, or damage to textile agent and parts are not involved in warranty service.
•
Our company is not responsible for direct & indirect accidents and damage caused by unskilled use of this product,
and no service is provided if you don’t use the repair center specified by our company and the product is repaired
with other parts than genuine ones.
•
To install and operate the product, judge that the product is properly used for its purpose.
•
A service fee and a part fee shall be paid if the product fails on account of the following:

Customer’s carelessness/natural disasters (fire, earthquake, flooding, lightning, etc.)/abnormality of the power in
use/poor connection device/consumable parts (in the dehumidifying unit) replacement
•
A purchaser shall fill in a warranty form.
