Step 1 Loosen the screws on the lower cover. You can see the SD card slot and reset
button after opening the lower cover, which is shown in Figure 2-1.

Long press the reset button for 4 to 5 seconds to restore device factory default setting.
Step 2 Insert the SD card into the slot, the card slot is elastic, so it only needs to press
the SD card slightly to make it inserted.
Step 3 Install the lower cover back to place, twist back the screws and lock them firmly.
