d)  Connect the other end of the waterproof connector to the network port and rotate it 

clockwise to lock the network port and waterproof connector firmly.  

e)  Slide the Waterproof Locking Cover over the main body of waterproof connector and 

rotate it clockwise to seal the connection.  

10.  Route the power and Ethernet cables from the back of the camera through the junction box 

and installation medium or through the side exit on the junction box. Note: It is recommended 

to route cables through a metal conduit for outdoor applications. 

11.  Route the incoming audio, alarm, and auxiliary video cables through the center hole or 

through the side exit on the junction box. Note: It is recommended to route cables through a 

metal conduit for outdoor applications. 

12.  Connect the appropriate incoming and outgoing audio cables to the AUDIO_IN and the 

AUDIO_OUT connectors.  

13.  Connect an alarm output device to the ALARM_OUT port and to the ALARM_GND port on 

the I/O terminal. Note the alarm output is a Normally Open (NO) connection. 

14.  Connect an alarm input device to the ALARM_IN port on the I/O terminal. 

15.  Connect the auxiliary video out cable, if using. 

16.  Align the screw holes on the camera body with the installation holes on the junction box. 

17.  Secure the camera body to the junction box with the four screws. 

18.  Adjust the camera and the lens according to the application requirements of the location.  

a)  Loosen, but do not remove, the locking screw on the side of the rotation bracket. 

b)  Tilt the camera to adjust the tilt angle (0° to +65°). Tighten the locking screw on the 

bracket to lock the tilt angle. 

c)  Rotate the bracket to adjust the pan angle (0° to +355°). 

d)  Rotate the top of the camera to adjust image pan orientation (0° to +355°).

19.  Ensure the tether is secured to the camera body and to the dome cover. 

20.  Place the dome cover over the camera and align the holes on the cover to the holes and 

pedestal. Insert a hex bolt into each hole and secure the cover to the pedestal with the hex 

key. 

21.  Supply power to the camera.
