3.1 Setting Keypad and Expansion Module Addresses
Every keypad and expansion module registered to the controller must have a unique address. When
replacing the keypad or the expansion module, the new one must use the same address as the
previous one.
Before powering on the system, set an address (range: 1–8) for the keypad and the expansion
module by DIP switches on the keypad and the module. The address value beyond the specified
range is not acceptable.
For the keypad, the DIP switches 5–8 are reserved functions and might be developed in the future.

3.2 Setting Card Reader Address
You need to set an address for the card reader, so that the RFID card can be swiped to arm the area.
Before setting the address, you must be authorized to program the controller
On the card reader, press 1961, press *, press any of the address number from 1 to 4, and then press
#. The indicator light on the reader will be in red or green after the address is set successfully.
Indicator light on the card reader:
●
Blue: The reader is disconnected.
●
Red: The controller is in arming or alarming status.
●
Green: The controller is in disarming status.
