1.2.12 Installing Basic Package and Driver
Procedure
Step 1
Log in to the CentOS system.
For first-time login, we recommend logging in with root.
Step 2
Enter the
date
command to check whether the date and time of the server are correct. If
not, enter the following command with actual time.

The first command is to set the system time. The second one is to write the time to the
motherboard, which must be executed.
Step 3
Change IP address of network card.
