FAQ
I swipe the card but can not open the door.
Please contact the management center, make sure the card has the corresponding right, or
it is still in the valid period or it can not be used in currenr period.
The magcard is damaged.
Check the card reader connection. Make sure the card and the reader can work properly.
The lock or the device is damaged.
The device and the management center can not communicate.
Check 485 communication cable connection.
Click the lock/unlock button can not open the door.
Check the lock/unlock button and the device connection.
After open the door, the lock remains open for a long time.
Check the door is close or not.
The door sensor connection is OK or not. If there is no door sensor, please contact the
management center to make sure there is door sensor.
