General Introduction

Overview
The ESS internet intelligent storage unit is a storage disk array product. It has two series: 4-HDD
series and 8-HDD series. It adopts high reliable SATA extension chip, high performance and at
low cost. It is easy to use.
This series product can realize storage function via eSATA or USB3.0 port. It is the ideal high
performance
–price ratio product in the entry or middle level market. It can meet the various
requirements of the client such as product function, performance, and etc.

Front Panel
The 4-HDD series product front panel is shown as below. See Figure 1-1.

Features
High performance-price ratio hardware platform. Low cost and stable performance. Support
SATA3.0 HDD storage (1T/2T/3T/4T/6T and etc). Support 4/8 HDDs.
It is to add host storage space. Support eSATA/USB3.0 port.
Support 128-channel 4Mbps bit stream reading and writing.
Easy to use. Just use on cable (USB cable or eSATA cable) to connect to the host.
