Caution:
When TV is upgrading its software, power off is forbidden or the TV will never start again. In that
condition you can try to upgrade again or try serial port upgrade.
The new version software must be higher, or you may cause update failure.
Serial port Software Upgrade steps:
1. Copy software file to computer disk. Record the path.
2. Connect TV and computer with special line.
3. Run Mstar TV tool “ISP” (this software needs driver system, please contact Mstar for detail), and
press down “Connect”. If you find the warning window like this, check your connection.
4. Select path for your upgrading file. Press “Load” on main menu and follow the prompting, select the
path in Step 1 and save the path.
