Remove the
Wing Nuts
(11) from the other
U-Bolt
(10) and loop it between the
end and next to the
Radiant Fins
(9). Attach the
Straight Wheel Plate
(8)
(above) using the
Wing Nuts
(11) as in the image below, taking care not to
overtighten:

Once the
Castors
(6) are attached invert the radiator the correct way up onto its
Castors
(6) and place into the desired position ensuring that it is stable and
vertical. The oil inside the radiator will be heard to settle inside this is quite
normal.
