W hen it connected an Video/Audio cable from the Video/A udio out jack on the V CR to the Video/Audio in jack on the front
your TV, and your ‘TV’s back panel at the sam e tim e, the latter takes precedence of the form er.
Adjusting Video Settings
You m ay wish to adjust the video settings (e. g. contrast or color) to obtain the m ost pleasing picture. To do so, follow
these directions:
1 W ith the TV on, press the M E NU button. then
Video
m enu will appear.
2 The
Settings
item will be selected. Use the
VO L
buttons to turn Settings to Preset or Custom .
3 Use the
CH
buttons to select the video setting you wish to adjust.Descriptions of the video settings are on the next page.
4 Use the
VO L
buttons to adjust the video setting to the level you prefer.
5 Use the
CH
buttons to select another video setting to adjust.
6 W hen you are finished, press the M ENU button until m enu O SD will be disappeared.
Returning to the factory settings
If you would like to return to the original video settings, as they w ere calibrated at the factory, follow these steps :
1 W ith the TV on, press the M E NU button. then

The TV will rem em ber the
Custom ’ settings you had previously chosen. W hen you set

to ‘C ustom ’ again,
