OUTDOOR UNIT

PROCEDURES PHOTOS
1.Stop the operation of the air conditioner and disconnect the wire from
Indoor Unit to Outdoor Unit.
2. Disassemble the case. (Fig 1~2)

Remove the Top Panel. (Loosen thirteen screws)

Remove the Front Cabinet. (Loosen six screws)
3
Remove the Side Cabinet. (Loosen seven screws)
4
Remove the Guide Support. (Loosen two screws)
3. Removing the Propeller Fan. (Fig 3)

Loosen the Nut fixed at the the Propeller Fan.

Remove the Plain Washer.
3
Remove the Propeller Fan.
4. Removing the Motor ODU. (Fig 4)

Loosen four screws fixed at the Bracket Motor.

Disconnect the wire at the Control Panel and remove the Motor ODU.
5. Removing the vaccum pump
6. Removing the Dual Capacitor. (Fig 5)

Disconnect the wire at the Control Panel.

Loosen the screw fixed at the Clamp Capacitor.
3
Remove the Dual Capacitor.
7. Removing the partition panel
8. Removing the Over load Protector. (Fig 6~7)

Loosen the Hex Nut at Terminal Cover.

Remove the Terminal Cover.
3
Remove the wire at the Over load Protector.
4
Remove the Over load Protector.
