CAUTION

• Always be sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged before attempting to perform inspec-
tion or maintenance. 
• Never use gasoline, benzine, thinner, alcohol or the like. Discoloration, deformation or cracks may result. 

Replace carbon brush

1.Limit mark
Remove and check the carbon brushes regularly.Replace when they wear down to the limit mark. 
Keep the carbon brushes clean and free to slip in the holders.Both carbon brushes should be repla-
ced at the same time. Use only identical carbon brushes.Use a screwdriver to remove the brush 
holder caps. Take out the worn carbon brushes, insert the new ones and secure the brush holder caps.

Installing the back handle

Mixing
CAUTION

Do not use for mixing combustible materials, such as for dilution

It is a solvent paint, otherwise it

If the mixing blade is exposed during mixing, the material will splash.

1. During operation, be sure to hold the top or back handle, auxiliary handle and switch handle tightly.
2. Put the mixing blade into the material completely and start the tool after confirming the safety of 
the working environment.
3. When mixing, move the mixing blades up and down to fully mix all materials.
4. After the completion of mixing, turn off the machine, make sure that the mixing blade stops rota-
ting completely, and then remove it from the vessel.

Power tool use and precautions

2. FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

CAUTION:

Always be sure that the tool is switched off and  unplugged before adjusting or checking function on 
the tool. 

SWITCH ACTION CAUTION:

 

Before plugging in the tool, always check to see  that the switch trigger actuates properly and 
returns to the "OFF" position when released. 

During the operation, the switch can be locked in the “ON” position to make the operation more 
comfortable

Please be careful when setting at “ON” position

Hold the tool firmly

When starting the tool, just pull the switch trigger. Release the switch trigger to stop.
During continuous operation, please pull the switch trigger and press the lock button,then release 
the switch trigger.
To stop the tool from the locked position, pull the switch go to the bottom and let go

Installing the connect shaft

1. Hex nut 
2.Axle
3.Axle tube

Screw the shaft into the shaft tube until the hexagon nut contacts the shaft tube

1. Wrench
2. Axle tube
3. Wrench

Fix the axle tube with one wrench and tighten the hexagon nut with the other wrench in the direction 
of the arrow.

Installing the top handle (auxiliary handle)

Screw the top grip on the tool securely.

The tool is used for mixing wall materials and other materials (Except combustible)
