IMPORTANT 

 RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE 

Care and Maintenace of Your Fan 

Ensure that the fan is switched off and it is not connected to the 
mains supply before cleaning. 
Do not immerse the fan or its cord in water or any other liquid. 
Wipe the fan body clean with a clean, soft damp cloth. 

 

 

Please refer to below to disassembly instructions for cleaning: 
 
1.

 

Release the 

Guard Retaining

 

Clips

 (7) from around the outer edge of the 

Fan  

Guard

 (1). 

2.

 

Remove the 

Guard

 

Screw and Nut

 (5) from the bottom edge of the 

Fan Guard

 

(1) using a suitable pozidrive screwdriver (not supplied). 

3.

 

Carefully lift off the 

Fan Guard

 (1) front section. 

4.

 

Unscrew the 

Blade Retaining

 

Screw 

(8) holding the 

Fan Blade

 (2) to the motor 

spindle and take care not to lose the nut. 

5.

 

Remove the 

Fan Blade

 (2) from motor spindle. 

6.

 

Clean the 

Fan Guard

 (1) and 

Fan Blade

 (2) using a soft damp cloth, clean the 

Motor Housing using a soft brush. 

7.

 

Once the fan has been cleaned, reassemble the fan using the above procedure
