PRECAUTIONS WHEN ENTERING
OR LEAVING A PAVED ROAD
1. Make sure that the left and right brake
pedals are connected.
2. If the difference in height between the
road and cultivated ground is very
large, use a ramp.
3. Go in and out of the cultivated land at
a right angle.
4. When going up onto a road, lower the
implement to avoid front wheel rise.
Raise the implement as soon as the
front and rear wheels are on the road.
5. When using 4WD, climbing ability and
tractor stability are improved when
driving in reverse.
HOW TO TURN
Approach all turns slowly. Always re-
duce speed before turning.
WARNING
Turning at high speed can cause
rollover. Drive slowly and avoid
turns when using the differential
lock to avoid loss of control and
possible injury.
1. Always drive slowly on slopes. Do not
drive on steep slopes with the engine
heavily loaded.
2. On an uphill slope, change the main
shift lever into a lower gear so that
the engine will not stop.
3. On a downhill slope, drive at low
speed without depressing the clutch.
WARNING
Make sure that brake pedals are
latched together and that the dif-
ferential lock pedal is released
before driving on a steep slope.
On the slope, do not shift into neu-
tral or depress the clutch.
On a downhill slope, allow the
engine to assist with braking.
Avoid loss of control by using a
low gear and do not depress the
clutch.
