Simple Trouble Shooting
Please check out followings when you face some problems while installing or using.

Is the connection between keyboard
and junction box correct?
Make sure to connect the Modular cable.
(RJ45)
The power can

Is the Power sources being
supplied now?
Be sure to plug the power supply into the
consent.
Did you press the camera number
correctly?
Try again after pressing CLR button.
The camera can’t pan/ tilt.
Is the RX address the same as
Camera address?
Check out again the DIP Switch of the RX.
Hasn’t the sub-keyboard address
been repeated as you initially set?
Check setup of main/ sub-keyboard again.
It’s not working in Sub-
keyboard.
Has the data cable been connected
correctly?
Check the connection and polarity of the
data cable.
Have you set Preset positions at
Preset mode?
Set Preset position and try again.
Preset movement is not
working.
Does the camera support Preset
function?
Press number 3 and STATUS key and
check out the camera model.
There is an error when
setting motion.
Have you set it on Main keyboard? It can’t be set on Sub-keyboard.
Alarm can’t be on..
Have you set off the all Alarm
channels?
If you set it off it can’t be on. Please refer to
the Alarm setup page.
