Firmware:
Update this unit using the USB port when a new firmware is supplied.
To update the firmware, connect the USB memory device to the USB port on this unit.
To download the latest version of firmware for AVR-S500BT, click on the following Upgrade page:

To display the AVR’s current firmware version on the TV screen:
Press “SETUP” and select “GENERAL” and then select “INFORMATION” followed by “FIRMWARE”.
