E-Mail Alert Types

Space Status

A Volume Is Full

Select an interval in hours and minutes
to have a status of space remaining
on the drives e-mailed.

An alert will be sent when the hard
drive is full.

A Hard Drive Has

Failed

An alert will be sent if a critical error
occurs on one of the drives.

Administrator

Password Change

An alert will be sent if the admin
password is changed.

Firmware

Upgraded

An alert will be sent if the firmware is
upgraded.

System

Temperature

Exceeded

An alert will be sent if the DNS-323
device temperature exceeds the set
threshold. After the alert has been
sent, the DNS-323 will power off for
safety.
