Takes
string as the System Contact, corresponding to the SNMP MIB II
variable
sysContact.
This field is used to give the name and
contact information for the person responsible for administering the
switch. The string can be up to 64 characters long.

Takes
string as the System Location, corresponding to the SNMP MIB II
variable
sysLocation.
This field is used to indicate the physical
location of the switch for administrative purposes. The string can be up to
64 characters long.

baud-rate
n
Sets the console port transmission rate used when the port is being used in
out-of-band mode. Legal values for the parameter n are: 2400, 4800,
9600, 19200, and 38400.

image-file
string
Takes
string (which may be up to 64 characters long) as the filename on
the TFTP server of the image file to be used. When the switch boots, it
will load the given image file from the server and execute it. This
command may be used to update the switch’s software when a new
version is available from D-Link.

ip-netmask
mask
Uses
mask as the network mask for the local network. The mask should
be in the form xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, where each xxx is a number between 0 and
255. For a class C network with no subnetting, the netmask should be
255.255.255.0.

address as the switch’s IP address. The address should be in the
form xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, where each xxx is a number between 0 and 255.
