Connecting To Network Backbone or Server
The mini-GBIC fiber optic ports are ideal for uplinking to a network backbone or network server via 1000BASE-
SX and 1000BASE-LX fiber optic cable. These ports operate at 1000 Mbps in full duplex mode only. Mini-
GBIC port modules can be installed or taken out without powering off or disconnecting the Switch.
