WHAT THIS PRODUCT DOES
The D-Link 10/100 Fast Ethernet PoE Internet Camera
(DCS-1110) is a full-featured surveillance system
that connects to an Ethernet network to provide
remote monitoring over the Internet. Since the
DCS-1110 features Power over Ethernet (PoE)
support, you can install this camera in locations
without access to a power outlet when connecting
the DCS-1110 to a PoE Injector or PoE Switch.
REMOTE MONITORING OPTIONS
Take snapshots or record to a local hard drive directly
from a web browser without installing any additional
software. For added
flexibility, you can set up
the DCS-1110 to record
to a network-attached
storage (NAS) device,
eliminating the need to set up a dedicated computer for
storing recorded video. With its built-in motion sensor, the
DCS-1110 can send automated e-mail alerts and record
video to your hard drive when motion is detected.
