Applied to value from 16 to 27 (decimal):
Shield­PS2 will return the particular value of
corresponding joystick in the selected axis
Example :
If main board sent 20 (decimal), Shield­PS2 will
read and return the value of left joystick up.

6.2 On board Vibrator Motor Control
Following commands require two bytes of data send from main board. 1st byte to indicates which
vibrator motor, following byte (2nd byte) to indicator motor status or the speed.

motor1 = 1 (motor on)
motor1 = 0 (motor off)
30 motor2 value bigger vibrator on left
motor2 = 0 to 255
