Time-Lapse Movie Pane
This pane shows you a time-lapse
movie of the cell culture (fig. 18). You
can control the playback of the movie
by the buttons below the image, these
include play, pause, forward one picture,
backward one picture. It also has a slider
to control the movie (point in time).
The
‘View Tracking’
button allows to
display the cell coverage in the time-
lapse movie. Adjust the playback speed
of time-lapse movie with the
‘Turtle-
Cheetah’
slider.
Experiment Summary Pane
The summary pane (fig. 19) does exactly
what you would expect: it provides an
overview of the project i.e. project start
date, duration, average temperature
and number of images taken (snapshot
count).
