flow will be limited to a given range for a fitted tube size.

Minimum hold-up volume (excl. filter) with 2 × Tube 3/32" ID and pump tube 3.2 mm ID, 55 mm from feed pressure
sensor to filter and from filter to retentate pressure sensor, respectively 15 mL.
Longer tubing will be supplied with the instrument, and addition to the 55 mm length used in calculations above will
increase the volume accordingly.
