6. When your TV screen turns black ( stand-by mode),
then press the OK button in order to save the current
code -> The LED «TV» on the remote control will blink
twice.
7. You can now control your TV using the ECHO PRO
remote control that is provided along with the
Set-Top Box.
Notes:
1. In order to control the TV you have to press the «TV»
button first and in order to control the Set-Top-Box
you have to press the «STB» button first.
2. In case your remote control is already programmed
with a TV code and you want to use it on another
TV set you could still program it with a new code
following either the manual or the automatic
procedure as described in this manual.
4.3 Locking Volume Control buttons on
Echo Pro Remote Control
The remote control accompanying the new Cytavision
decoder offers the option of locking the volume controls
from controlling the sound on the decoder. If the
volume controls are locked, they could be programmed
to control only the TV irrespective of which mode is
pressed TV or STB. This can be essential in case the
decoder’s volume decreases critically and any other
effort to increase volume from the TV’s RC becomes
unsuccessful.
To lock Volume Control buttons on the ECHO PRO
remote control follow the below steps:
1. Press the «TV» button on the ECHO PRO remote
control once and release key.
2. Press the <<

Volume UP
>> buttons at the same
time

The LED «TV» on the remote control will blink
twice.
3. The Volume control has been locked.
4. After volume lock, TV key blinks when Volume Keys
are pressed.
To unlock Volume Control buttons on the ECHO PRO
remote control follow the below steps:
1. Press the «TV» button on the ECHO PRO remote
control once and release key.
2. Press the <<
Ok

Volume Down
>> buttons at the
same time

The LED «TV» on the remote control
will blink 4 times.
3. The Volume control has been unlocked.
4. After volume lock reset (Volume unlock), STB key
blinks when Volume Keys are pressed.
By default volume keys are unlocked and Volume can
be locked to either TV or STB mode.
