Uploading workouts
You can use Cyinstein Triathlon
app
to quickly upload your workout data to the server. The
overview of the workout include the distance, speed, HR, and calories burned and map of your GPS
route.
Tap function icon
and
enter the function page. Tape
the Upload Record
Tap OK if upload completed.
Tape Start Updating and
your watch will show the
image as above.
