CYCLE COUNTRY 1500 WINCH
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Using two 5/16” x 1” bolts, mount the winch to the winch mount plate. Be sure that when the
winch is mounted to the ATV, the winch motor is on the
LEFT
side of the machine.
(The two 5/16” x 3/4” flat head bolts or two 8mm x 25mm flat head bolts are not used in the
Cycle Country 1500 winch application).

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Using the two of the bolts PROVIDED WITH THE CYCLE COUNTRY WINCH and two
8mm x 25mm flat head bolts included in this kit, the Winch can be mounted to the bottom
winch mount plate. Be sure that when the winch is mounted to the ATV, the winch motor is to
the
RIGHT
side of the machine. (The two 5/16” x 3/4” flat head bolts, four 5/16” bolts and
nylock nuts and the CYC4444 winch mount are not used in the Cycle Country 2500 winch
application).
WARN 2000/2500 WINCH
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Using the two of the 5/16” x 3/4” bolts PROVIDED WITH THE WARN WINCH and two
5/16” x 3/4” flat head bolts included in this kit, the winch can be mounted to the bottom winch
mount plate. Be sure that when the winch is mounted to the ATV, the winch motor is to the
RIGHT
side of the machine. (The two 8mm x 25mm flat head bolts, four 5/16” bolts and
nylock nuts and the CYC4444 winch mount are not used in the Warn 2000/2500 winch
applications).

Attach the roller hawse assembly to the front of the ATV brush guard with two 3/8” x 1”
bolts.
Remove one of the long rollers and the two side rollers and feed the winch cable through
the roller hawse. Reinstall the rollers and be sure rollers move freely.
Tighten attaching hardware at this time.
