Secret Field
The Secret Field is used to find a specific group of people. Your specific
group must agree on a secret word or phrase that will appear in the Secret
Field on all the member’s Cybikos. Your Cybiko will vibrate when a member
with the same Secret Word appears in your wireless network.
For example, a phrase such as “Chicago High School” could be abbreviated
to “CHS” on the Secret Field.
Note: You can enter up to six characters of a Secret Word in two
Secret Fields. You can have two different groups.
To Block Your Parameters from Other’s View
To block your personal information from others, remove the [eye] [Alena:
please insert the icon] icon from the left part of the parameter string.
1. Position the focus on the string.
2. Press
< Tab > twice or press
←
.
3. Press <Select> to change or remove the icon.
4. Press Enter.
Note. You can also use <fn><select> to change or remove the icon.
About you
You can enter information about the other person that can be used to
search other Cybikos for a match. Specific parameters will be compared
during the search. The comparison results are displayed in the People
application. You can prioritize parameters that you want to match. For
more information, refer to About Me.
Icon Effects on Search Parameters
The icon symbols affect the meaning of a specific parameter.
Icon Meaning to Parameter
[+!] This feature is
mandatory.
[!] This feature is desirable
but not mandatory.
[-] This feature is
undesirable.
[-!] This feature is
undesirable – the
person must not have
this feature, or they will
be eliminated.
Business Card
You can display information about yourself on the Business Card. If the
[eye] icon is displayed near the information, that particular piece of
information can be seen by other Cybiko owners.
Each Cybiko computer also has a unique
“
ID “. This internal number of
your Cyneronik Cybiko cannot be changed.
My CyPage
My CyPage is a text editor. You can type any information about yourself and
other Cybiko owners will be able to see it! Be careful not to write anything
too personal.
