4. Install weight bar.
Position bar on Leg Press and insert all six Button Head

Socket Cap Screws (BHSCS) (B from kit) through
mounting plate. See Figure 2.
Place washer (C) and locknut (A) on BHSCS from step 4A and

finger tighten.
Position carriage so that the bar is resting on lowest

position. Raise and lower carriage. Verify stop plates
on bar are hitting stop blocks at same time at both
stop positions. See Figure 3.
Tighten all six BHSCS.

NOTE: If stop plates are not hitting stop plate at the same time then adjust arm before tightening BHSCS,
NOTE: If bar cannot be adjusted, loosen all bolts underneath carriage and align then tighten.
5. Install weight tubes.
Remove one bearing sleeve.

Insert weight tube through frame. See Figure 4.
