2. On the
Multicast Configuration
page, enter values for the parameters indicated in
Table 2-16
.
3. After changing the parameters, click on the
Save
button.

Enable Multicast Operation
Enables or disables multicast operation.
Priority
Indicates the priority for the multicast group. Priority
9
is the
highest (emergency streams).
0
is the lowest (background
music). See
Section 2.3.8.1, "Assigning Priority"
for more
details.
Address
Enter the multicast IP Address for this multicast group
(15 character limit).
Port (range can be from 2000 to 65535)
Enter the port number for this multicast group (5 character
limit).
Note
: The multicast ports have to be even values. The
webpage will enforce this restriction.
Name
Assign a descriptive name for this multicast group (25
character limit).
Buffer
When buffering is enabled for a multicast stream, it will store
any audio received on this socket to memory and play it back
when the stream is stopped or the buffer is full.
Beep
Enable or disable the tone (beep) for a multicast stream.
Relay
Enable or disable the relay for a multicast stream.
Click the
Save
button to save your configuration settings.
Note
: You need to reboot for changes to take effect.
Click on the
Reboot
button to reboot the system.
