owner of this vehicle. This allows us to contact the current owner with any import-
ant safety information which may be necessary to protect customers from
personal injury or property damage. Please make sure a copy of this form is com-
pleted and return to us if your address changes or if the vehicle is sold to another
party.
This form may also be used to transfer the unused portion of the original warranty
to a second party. To request a transfer of warranty, fill out this form completely
and return a copy to us. The request will be processed and the balance of the
remaining original warranty will be issued. Warranty coverage is only available in
the country in which the original retail purchase occurs by the original retail
purchaser resident in that country, or to a transferee resident in that country of
the balance of the warranty.
