FRONT SUSPENSION AND STEERING
Read all of SAFETY and this section before attempting any procedure. Pay particular attention to Notices, Cautions, Warnings and Dangers.

Replace the dust cap (7).
Lower the vehicle per the SAFETY section. Tighten the
front wheel(s) per the WHEELS AND TIRES section.

To remove the rack ball joint (1), loosen the lug nuts on
the passenger side front wheel. Lift and support the front
of the vehicle per the SAFETY section (Figure 14).
