FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL

500DD, 750DD, 1000DD AND 

SCOOT-E DD SERIES SCOOTERS

Detach the V-Brake, if your 

1. 

scooter was so equipped, (Ref 
Photo A) by removing the brake 
noodle (silver tube) from the 
brake arm. Scooters equipped 
with disc brakes do not need the 
cable detached.
Loosen the axle nuts. (Ref

Remove the safety washers

from the dropouts. (Ref Photo

Remove the front wheel from

Be sure the
