Emergency Procedures
Destiny has a number of safety features which include:
Liferaft
The inflatable is also your liferaft. Handheld flares and other liferaft emergency equipment
are stowed under the seat.
Lifejackets
Are stowed in the locker beneath the settee.
Safety Equipment
Flares, V-Sheet etc. are beneath the settee.
Fire Extinguishers
There are two dry chemical types on board. They are located in the aft cabins.
Fuel Shut-Off

The fuel shut off valves are located under the floors either hull.

The valves must be closed if there is a fire in the engine room.
