For a metal fan blade skip to Step 6.10.  For a Fiberglass fan blade, place the Trans Torque Bushing 
(1047-7001) over the front of the fan blade as shown in Figure 6.  Then insert the fan blade onto the 
bearing shaft flush and tighten with a 1½” socket to 94 foot pounds of torque as shown in Figure 7.

For  a  Standard  Metal  Prop  refer  to  Figure  8.  
Place  the  Blade  Assembly  flush  with  the  shaft.  
Tighten  the  bolt  with  a  9/16“  socket  to  110  inch

  Refer  to  Figure  10.    Place  the  Pulley  Assembly 

36”(1101-9003)  48&52”  (1011-9005)  in  front  of  the 
Tension  Bracket 

36”(0403-5522)  48&52”(0403-4891) 

and fasten  with 3/8” X 1”  hex head bolt (1004-1426) 
and  hex  head  washer/screw  (1004-6020).    Tighten 
the bolt with a 9/16 “ socket and the screw with a 3/8 “

  Place  the  Pulley  Assembly  under  the  top  brace  as 

shown in Figure 11 and attach with six 

1/4” x 3/4” hex 

head  bolts  (1004-5017),  six  1/4

”  flat  washers  (1003-

0108)  and  lock  nuts  (1001-0104

)  using  a  7/16“ 

socket.
