Alarm Outputs

Alarm Relay Board

The GBE RO controller board offers support for the Culligan Alarm Relay board (P/N 01022238). See Figure 28. To use 

the alarm relay board, install it onto the back of the GBE RO controller board. See Figure 29.

The alarm relay board is plugged into the GBE RO controller board alarm relay socket. When Error Status is selected on 

the GBE RO controller, this relay will be in the Normally Open position when the controller board has power on AND there 

are no errors present (i.e. “Problem Found” is not showing on the Home screen.)  The relay will be in the Normally Closed 

Position when the controller is either powered OFF or there is an error present on the controller board.  

NORMAL OPERATION:

Terminals NO and NC are connected, 

leaving the lamp circuit open (lamp off)

ERROR CONDITION:

Terminals NO and COM are connected, 

completing the lamp circuit (lamp on)
