• Check TV’s Sound Settings
(Procedure may differ depending on the model)
Go to Settings > Sound > Advance settings > Audio Format > change all settings to PCM.
Additionally, change Dolby to PCM wherever it is mentioned.
Turn off TV and Soundbar for about 10 seconds and turn them on again.
Confirm that the new settings have been succesfully applied.
