14 OPERATOR INSTRUCTIONS
You can also use the insert to stabilize your weapon by utilizing the
gear straps included with the insert. Place the weapon at desired
location and position and find corresponding bar on the insert that
the gear strap will attach to.
Peel open VELCRO
®
tab on the gear strap. Pass long end of the
strap through opening until the opened tab hits the bar and secure
in place.
Note: For a vertical install, be sure that the VELCRO
®
tab secures toward the
bottom of the frame, otherwise the weight of the item may disengage the tab.
For a horizontal install, the direction of the VELCRO
®
tab is decided by the
desired way to release the gear strap.
Ensure both ends are free to wrap around the weapon.
