USING SHOCK CORD ADJUSTMENT AND HOOK TAB:
The shock cord with hook tab can be used in place of the buckle and cord adjuster. To install, do the following:

Remove front buckle.
Route front bottom so loop is exposed on front of main pocket.
Feed ends of shock cord through back two holes on main pocket
body.
