Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Mounting / replacement of sanding sheet (see
fig. 1)
Prior to mounting on the sanding sheet 8,
ensure that the given sanding sheet is
suitable for the specific power tool model
(proper dimensions and dust removal ap-
ertures are present).

Position the power tool so that sanding plate

is
pointed upwards�
•
Loosen the holders

as shown in figure 1.1.
•
In case of replacement remove the worn out abra-
sive paper

Put new sanding sheet

to sanding plate

(see
fig. 1.2).
Follow the rules below:
•
abrasive sputter of the paper

should be on
the top side (the paper

should touch the grinding
plate

with the smooth side);
•
apertures in sanding sheet

must match the dust
removal apertures on sanding plate

Bend the edges of the abrasive paper

so that they
are situated under the holders

Fix one edge of the abrasive paper

with the hold-
er

, and then pull the other edge and fix it with the
other holder

(see fig. 1.4).
Caution: the abrasive paper 8 should be
pressed tight to the grinding plate 5, and
dust extraction holes of the abrasive pa-
per 8 and the grinding plate 5 should fit
together.
Mounting / dismounting of the dust-collecting con-
tainer (see fig. 2)

During assembly put the dust-collecting container

onto a dust removing port
