CD Operation

Select the FUNCTION SWITCH (4) to select CD
mode.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE BUTTON (17) to open
the CD DRAWER (11). Place a disc in the tray
with the labeled side of the disc facing up.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE BUTTON (17) again
to close the CD DRAWER (11). The display will
show "--" for a few seconds, then the total number
of tracks on the disc will be displayed. "00" will
be shown when there is no disc inside the unit.

Press the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON (7) to start
playback. The PLAY/PAUSE INDICATOR (6)
will light up.

Adjust the VOLUME KNOB (3) to the desired
volume level.

To pause playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE
BUTTON(7). The PLAY/PAUSE INDICATOR
(6) will flash. Press the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON
(7) again to resume playback.

To stop playback, press the STOP BUTTON (8)
and the PLAY/PAUSE INDICATOR (6) will go
off.

Press the FORWARD SKIP BUTTON (16) or
the BACKWARD SKIP BUTTON (15) to select
a track.

Press the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON (7) to start
playing the selected track
PLAYBACK

Press and hold the FORWARD SKIP BUTTON
(16) or the BACKWARD SKIP BUTTON (15) to
search forward or backward through the selected
track.

Release the button at the desired point, playback
will resume automatically.
