TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
If the power trowel malfunctions immediately shut the machine down. Following are
some simple trouble shooting tips:

Engine stops suddenly
or does not run

Refill Fuel

Clean spark plug

Machine is slow or

Loose V-belt

Adjust V-Belt (refer to belt
installation and setting)
Engine runs but the
machine does not

Clutch slip

Disassemble clutch and clean
it, then reassemble
