Measuring weight
If the scale does not register weight within 10 seconds it switches itself
off automatically.

Press
ON/OFF
. The screen displays the most recently selected me-
mory location (age, height, user mode); the pre-programmed num-
ber "

" flashes.

Within 10 seconds, press
ON/OFF
again (after 10 seconds the
scale will switch itself off).
If you do not press
ON/OFF
again and stand on the scale, the scale
will also try to measure the body fat and water. The display shows

".

Wait until the display shows "
0.0
".
`
Stand in the center of the scale. After a few seconds the screen in-
dicates your weight in lb.
`
To switch the scale off, press and hold ON/OFF for approximately
3 seconds.
