How to Assemble
Lid Handle Attachment Instructions
CAUTION: OVER TIGHTENING THE SCREW MAY RESULT IN STRIPPING OF SCREW OR
CRACKING OF LID AND HANDLE.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Place the base plate and the lid handle over the center of lid on the raised
exterior side and align the holes.
2.
Attach the rubber washer on the screw.
3.
Insert the screw through the center of lid on the caved interior side.
4.
Tighten the screw securely.
How to Use
WARNING: BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME, MAKE SURE THE TEMPERATURE
CONTROL PROBE IS REMOVED AND WIPE THE SKILLET WITH SOFT, DAMP CLOTH. DO
NOT IMMERSE THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL PROBE AND SKILLET IN WATER OR
OTHER LIQUID.
CAUTION: BE CAUTIOUS WHEN REMOVING THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL PROBE
FROM THE SKILLET. THE SKILLET MAY STAY WARM FOR AWHILE AFTER IT IS TURNED
OFF.
WHEN MOVING THE SKILLET, ALWAYS USE THE HANDLES.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Place the skillet on a dry, level, heat resistant surface.
2.
Insert the temperature control probe into the skillet so the two terminal
pins on the skillet are fully inserted into the probe.
3.
Plug cord in electrical outlet.
4.
Turn the temperature control to desired temperature.
5.
Remove cover and preheat the skillet. Indicator light goes off when selected
temperature is reached.
6.
Cook the desired food in the skillet.
7.
During cooking, indicator light will go on and off indicating desired
temperature is being maintained.
8.
Turn the temperature control off when cooking is completed. Unplug the
temperature control probe from electrical outlet then from the skillet.

PRESERVE
THE
NONSTICK
COATING,
APPLY
A
LIGHT
COATING
OF
COOKING
OIL
OVER
THE
SKILLET
SURFACE.
