REMOTE OPERATION / (One Or Two Button Transmitter Operation):
One Button: Lock - Press and hold to Arm/Lock system Holding for 3 seconds activates the panic feature.
Unlock - Disarms the system and unlocks the doors (Unless the system is in the triggered condition.) Holding for 3 seconds
activates the panic feature.
Lock and Unlock - Pressed together will activate the remote start.
II - Pressing and releasing twice arms or disarms without confirmation chirps. Pressing for 2 seconds will activate the 2
nd
channel output.
III - Pressing for 3 seconds will activate the optional 3
rd
channel output.
Two Button: Large Button-Press and release to Arm/Lock and Disarm/Unlock. Press and hold to activate Panic.
Middle Button and Lower Button - Pressed together will activate the remote start.
Middle Button- Press and hold to activate 2
nd
channel output.
Lower Button- Press and hold to activate 3
rd
channel output.
ZONE VIOLATION CODE: After remotely disarming the LED will flash one of the following codes if the alarm was activated while it was in
an armed state.
Flash 1 Red / Pause - System was triggered by current sense.
Flash 2 Red / Pause - System was activated from the hood or trunk circuit wire.
Flash 3 Red / Pause - System was activated from the door circuit wire.
Flash 4 Red / Pause - System was activated from the auxiliary input.
Flash 5 Red / Pause - System was activated from the optional pre-warn input.
REMOTE STARTING DIAGNOSTICS: Whenever the system is placed into Easy Valet Mode, the status indicator light illuminates solid red.
Then flashes 1-6 green flashes before resuming solid red.
Red / 1 Green Flash / Red =Programmed run time expired.
Red / 2 Green Flashes / Red = Brake was pressed or hood opened.
Red / 3 Green Flashes / Red = Engine stalled or bad tack signal.
Red / 4 Green Flashes / Red = Received transmitter command to stop.
Red / 5 Green Flashes / Red = Gear selector removed from “park”.
Red / 6 Green Flashes / Red = Security system triggered or low voltage.
CODING REMOTES: 4-Button type/ Turn the ignition “ON”. Press and release valet switch 5 times. The siren will chirp. Press LOCK button
on each remote to be coded. (One at a time.) Turn the ignition “ON”. Press and release valet switch 5 times. The siren will chirp. Press The Big
Button On Each Remote To Be Coded. (One at a time.)
NOTES
1) Unit has new “Smart Trigger” feature that makes Dome Light Supervision installation easier.
2) There are 2 ways to monitor the engine running: Tach-Sensing or Voltage Sensing.

Unit automatically takes sensor “Off-Line” during remote start.

Two sensor imputes.

Positive output for a siren.

Plug in port for RS-RP to add additional ignition outputs.

Unit is compatible with the FPM-1.

Unit has “STORM” (Safety Disable) feature. (Pressing UNLOCK while the alarm is in the triggered condition will not unlock the
doors. This is very useful when sensors are being disturbed by the weather.)

PIT-STOP feature allows the engine to run without the key. By pressing the valet switch twice, the parking lights flash and the
siren will chirp 5 times, then turn the key off, the engine will run without the key.

SAFETY FEATURES
WHILE THE ENGINE IS RUNNING:
1. Pressing the brake pedal will stop the engine.
2.
Removing the gear shifter from “Park” will stop the engine.
3.
Opening the hood will stop the engine.
THIS UNIT WILL NOT ACTIVATE IF THE FOLLOWING SAFETY CIRCUITS ARE TRIGGERED:
1.
Gear shifter not in “Park”. (Produces 1 long chirp.)
2.
Open hood. (Produces 1 long chirp.)
Pressed brake pedal. (Produces 1 long chirp.)
