Installation of Carousel Drawer

 

 

3.  Installation of Carousel Drawer 

Caution: 

Removal and installation of Carousel and Locker Drawers requires two people. Failure 

to use two people for installation or removal can result in injury to personnel and/or 

damage to the ProStock machine.  

1.  Ensure that power is off and disconnected from ProStock machine. 
2.  Extend the drawer guide rails out fully from the ProStock machine 

(see Figure 5)

3.  With one person on each side of the drawer, line up the rear tabs on the drawer with the rear slots on 

the drawer guides. As the rear tabs are slid into place, lower the front of the drawer ensuring that the 

front drawer tabs are inserted into the front drawer guide slots 

(see Figure 5).

4.  Using a Philips head screwdriver, attach the carousel drawer with four (4) 8 x ¼” pan head screws 

(two on the left side and two on the right side) to the drawer guides 

(see Figure 3)

5.  Place carousel into drawer ensuring that the bin with the black tab on the top of the carousel is lined 

up with the Carousel Spindle Guide 

(see Figure 6).
