situations. If further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron

Verify that dimmer is
properly plugged into
an AC outlet and that
the circuit breaker is
closed.
Dimmer
does not
function.
Load is not connected.
Verify that load is
operational and that
the mode selection
switch is not in the
“OFF” position.
Dimmer
does not
function as
expected.
Mode selection switch
is in the “SET” position.
Move mode selection
switch to the “RUN”
position.
