The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble situations. If
further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron customer service
representative.

Someone else is
controlling your room.
Verify that no one else is
controlling your room.
Sources changing.
The room is part of a
group.
Refer to the AES or AADS guide
for procedures to determine
room/group arrangement.
Source is the same,
but music changes.
Someone else is
controlling the same
tuner, iPod or AAS
output.
Verify that no one else is
controlling the sources.
Message displays
“CEN-IPOD not
connected.”
CEN-IPOD is not
connected or power is
not applied.
Check connections to
CEN-IPOD.
Message displays
“CEN-IPOD not on
network.”
CEN-IPOD is not set up
correctly.

instructions.
An iPod is mounted in
the CEN-IPOD, but
there is no audio to
the system.
Headphones are
plugged into iPod.
Unplug headphones. (In some
iPod models, the headphone
jack may be temporarily stuck in
the “plugged in” position. Try
inserting and removing the
headphones plug a few times to
correct the problem.
AAS is selected, but
there is no sound and
APAD display does
not show program
information.
No album, track, or
playlist selected.
Refer to AAS guide for setup
instructions.
Message displays
[AAS] “Not On
Network.”
AAS is not connected to
the network.
Refer to AAS guide for setup
instructions.
Tuner not receiving a
signal.
Problem with antenna.
