STEP 8:

Make wiring connections per the

 

Electrical Connections

 section.

STEP 9:

Attach mounting in desired location.

STEP 10:

Tilt luminaire to desired angle and 
re-tighten swivel knuckle mount screw. 
Tighten to 72 in-lbs ( 8 N

m).

YOKE MOUNT- REQUIRES USE OF  

NTF-YM ACCESSORY APPROPRIATE FOR 

HOUSING SIZE BEING USED

STEP 1:

Remove (2) #8 screws and (2) 1/4-20 bolts 
from sides of luminaire housing. See 

Figure 2

Discard screws.

STEP 2:

Attach yoke bracket to both sides of the 
luminaire using (2) 1/4-20 bolts and 
lockwashers supplied with yoke accessory. Do 
not fully tighten bolts at this time.

STEP 3:

Aim luminaire in desired direction and attach 
yoke to mounting surface using (2) 1/4" (6 mm) 
fasteners appropriate for mounting surface.

STEP 4:

Tilt luminaire to desired angle. Lock tilt angle 
using the #8 screw (included with yoke) 
threaded into the housing on either the left or 
right side of the yoke. Tighten screws to  
20 in-lbs (2.2 N

·

m).

NOTE: 

Notches on the two legs of the 

yoke allow for locking at tilt angles in 15° 
increments. Notches on one leg of the yoke  

lock luminaire at 0°, 30°, 60°, or 90°, while the 
notches on the other leg lock the tilt angle at 
15°, 45°, or 75°.

STEP 5:

Tighten (2) 1/4-20 yoke bolts to 72 in-lbs  
( 8 N

·

m).

STEP 6:

Make wiring connections per the

 Electrical 

Connections

 section.

PHOTOCELL INSTALLATION (ORDERED 

SEPARATELY)

STEP 1:

Remove  4 or 6 screws holding back housing to 
optical portion of luminaire. See 

Figure 3.

STEP 2:

Separate back housing from optical section.

STEP 3:

Remove photocell knockout by striking marked 
location on outside wall of housing with a 
hammer and punch.

NOTE:

 In some housings, driver will need to 

be removed from back box before removing 
knockout.

STEP 4:

Remove the nut from the threaded nipple of the 
photocell.

STEP 5:

Insert the threaded nipple of the photocell 
through the wall of the housing. The body of the 
photocell and the o-ring on the nipple should 
be located on the inside wall of the housing.

STEP 6:

Tighten the nut onto the exposed end of the 
threaded nipple to secure the photocell to the 
luminaire wall.

STEP 7:

Wire the photocell by following the wiring 
instructions included with the photocell.

STEP 8:

If driver was removed in Step 5, reinstall driver 
into luminaire housing. Tighten both screws to 
20 in-lbs ( 2.2 N

·

m). If driver was not removed, 

proceed to Step 9.

STEP 9:

Replace back housing on optical portion of the 
luminaire. Be careful not to pinch any leads 
during the assembly. Tighten all screws to  
20 in-lbs ( 2.2 N

·

m).

Remove the Two 

Screws  (on Both 

Sides of Housing) 

to Allow for 

Attachment of Yoke 

Mount.

Remove these Bolts 

(on Both Sides of 

Housing) to Allow for 

Attachment of Yoke 

Mount.

Use 1/4" Screws (Provided by 

Others) Here, to Fix the Bracket 

to the Mounting Surface
