Fan oven/grill select
A gentle flow of air will be blown below the control panel when the oven
or grill is switched on. In some instances this will continue after switch-
ing the oven / grill off. This is not unusual. This helps to keep the control
panel and knobs cool.
The oven light is switched on automatically when the fan oven control
(A) is operated..
The oven has a “Slow Cook Setting” this can be used for slow cooking,
keeping food warm and / or warming plates for a short period. Turn oven
control (A) to 90˚C

Function
Fan Oven
Turning control (A) clockwise allows use of fan oven.When
cooking turn to the required setting. The oven temperature
scale is in degrees centigrade.
Full Grill
Turn control (A) clockwise untill the full grill symbol is
positioned centrally in the control window. (Camargue).
Knob indicates on Colonial. Turn control (B) in either
direction to the required grill setting.
Half Grill
Turn control (A) clockwise untill the half grill symbol is
positioned centrally in the control window. (Camargue).
Knob indicates on Colonial. Turn control (B) in either
direction to the required grill setting.
