Solarspeed Halogen

Model numbers 42358/9 have a Solarspeed Halogen heater which heats pans partly by 
direct infra red transmission through the glass ceramic hob. It will be found that the 
solarspeed plate has a faster response that the ordinary cooking areas and therefore the 
initial heating up period will be shorter. This is due to the heating being partly by direct 
radiation and also to the near instant heating up of the tungsten halogen lamp.
